These manifolds are made using your existing manifold, so after purchase you will need to ship your manifold to us for the work to be undertaken.

Please allow 2 weeks production time once we receive your manifold.

HZ/DT/FT OWNERS, THE FACTORY POWER STEERING RESERVOIR WILL NOT FIT AS FACTORY AFTER THIS MODIFICATION IS DONE. OUR BRACKET AND RESERVOIR SOLVES THIS ISSUE. IF NOT PURCHASED WITH THE MANIFOLD YOU WILL NEED TO ORGANISE ANOTHER OPTION FOR IT TO WORK. 

These manifolds are factory cast alloy, that are modified to become forward facing inlet.

The advantage of this is that intercooler pipes are easier to plumb to otherwise impossible flanges and they tidy the engine bay up as well as look unreal.  We are running this style of manifold on vehicles making over 400HP at the wheels so they are dyno tested and proven to be functional as well as practical.

Manifolds can come in raw alloy finsh or be powdercoated black and we also offer the option of a rolled bead or a Plasmaclamp. 

All manifolds come with 2x 1/8th NPT fittings in the back for boost reference etc and the FTE manifolds come with a fitting for the intake air temp sensor.

All manifolds have the option for a bracket and Aeroflow power steering reservoir. This is not needed on FTE Manifolds as the factory FTE reservoir will bolt back up but our kit will fit the FTE if you wish to delete the leaky factory reservoir, the HZ/DT/FT factory reservoir will not work after modifying the manifold. 

The Plazmaclamp or rolled bead option is a purely aesthetic one, the rolled bead means you will need a silicone joiner and a hose clamp to join to your intercooler pipes, whereas the Plazmaclamp is a dual O ring clamp rated to 1,000psi and is welded to your intercooler piping and manifold. The Plazmaclamp is a much nicer finish and WILL NEVER blow off but will require your piping to be made to suit.

EGR models will need cleaning before we can weld to them, this incurs an additional $150 fee which will be charged prior to shipping the manifold back to you.
